At Orlando Informer Merchandise, we want you to be thrilled with your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning and tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
